Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or full refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a tracking number is required. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected, and will be processed back to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please check your mailbox, surrounding areas, or contact your local carrier. We will assist by contacting the carrier, and resolutions will be provided based on their investigation.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for refund.

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund (up to 50%) without requiring a return as a courtesy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
