Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Orders are shipped from our international warehouse.

  • Estimated delivery time: 8–12 business days after shipment
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high demand

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.

For the most accurate updates, we recommend using the carrier tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email, as some third-party apps may not reflect real-time status.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (such as customs processing, weather, or carrier issues). We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Delivered but Not Received

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check your mailbox, surrounding areas, or with neighbors.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us and we will assist by contacting the carrier. Resolutions will be provided based on the carrier’s investigation.
